Shipping

We do not ship outside the contiguous US. We do not ship to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Shipping carriers vary depending products.  We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

You will receive order confirmation upon placing order. We strive to ship in stock merchandise within 7-10 business days. Some items which ship directly from supplier may take additional time. If items are out of stock or backordered you will be notified via email with approximate ship date. Please note items ordered together may not arrive together.

You will receive an email including tracking information when item is shipped.

Returns

Please remember to purchase with a purpose! Customer satisfaction is our number one priority but we do NOT offer refunds unless an item is damaged. We will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied please email info@willowtreeandcompany.com  within 3 business days and we will work to find a resolution.

Damaged Shipments

Unfortunately, mistakes can happen in transit so please inspect your delivery immediately upon delivery.

 

If your delivery is damaged, please email photos of item and packaging along with description and order # to info@willowtreeandcompany.com. Do not discard the original packaging. We will contact you with additional instructions.
