Shipping & Returns
We do not ship outside the contiguous US. We do not ship to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
Shipping carriers vary depending products. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Large items and furniture are shipped via motor freight for curbside delivery.
You will receive order confirmation upon placing order. We strive to ship in stock merchandise within 7-10 business days. Furniture items which ship directly from supplier may take additional time. If items are our of stock or backordered you will be notified via email with approximate ship date. Please note items ordered together may not arrive together.
You will receive an email including tracking information when item is shipped.

Free shipping for all orders over $50.
$7.95 shipping for all orders under $50.
In Store Pickup Only
Some items are only available for in store pickup. This is clearly noted in the product description. You will receive order confirmation upon placing order. Most orders are ready for in store pickup within 7-10 business days. We will contact you via email to arrange pickup time once your order is ready. Please note due to limited space you will be required to pickup within 7 days of notification. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please remember to purchase with a purpose! Customer satisfaction is our number one priority but we do NOT offer refunds unless an item is damaged. We will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately, mistakes can happen in transit so please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival!
For items being drop shipped via motor freight it is important that you inspect your delivery before signing for it. If you see obvious damage at time of delivery do not accept or sign for the shipment. Refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. We only have 3 days to file claims on motor freight damages so please inspect immediately.
If your delivery is damaged, please email photos of item and packaging along with description and order # to email@example.com. Do not discard the original packaging. We will contact you with additional instructions.
